Watt Whisky Highland Single Malt 16 Year Old (57.1%)

This is a 16 year old Highland single malt from Watt Whisky, made up of Glenmorangie spirit and bottled at 57.1% ABV. It has not been reduced with water or adjusted for colour, and it is not chill-filtered. Watt Whisky was started in 2019 by Mark and Kate Watt, who have more than 40 years of experience in the Scotch whisky industry between them. They bottle whiskies they like to drink and aim to give as much detail as possible about what is in each bottle. It is described as having a well-judged sweetness and a very long finish.
