West Cork Black Cask is a blended Irish whiskey made from 66 per cent grain whiskey and 34 per cent malt.
It spent three years in first-fill bourbon casks and then a further year in heavily charred bourbon casks. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
It is described as a well balanced whiskey, with vanilla and a lingering sweetness.
