Westward – American Single Malt Belgian Ardennes Trappist Ale Cask (45%)

Westward Belgian Ardennes is an American single malt made in Oregon, in the north-west of the United States. It is bottled at 45% ABV. It is made with yeast from a local farmer in the Belgian Ardennes, of a type often used in Trappist beer. The yeast adds flavours of banana, clove and black pepper to the dried fruit and spice character of Westward whiskey. This is a single barrel selection, an exclusive release for the Westward Club, and every bottle is numbered.
