This is an American single malt from Westward, made from 100% malted barley and matured in pinot noir casks. It is bottled at 45% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The nose is of plum, apricot and chocolate ganache. On the palate come apple, plantain and nutmeg. The finish is rich, with raisin, dark orchard fruit and sweet malt.
