Westward – American Single Malt Pinot Noir Cask (70cl, 45%)

Westward American Single Malt Pinot Noir Cask is a single malt from Oregon, finished in wine casks as a nod to the Willamette Valley and its leading grape, Pinot Noir. It starts as the original Westward American Single Malt and is then aged for up to two years in French oak wine casks from a handful of award-winning producers in the valley. The finish is meant to reflect the character of the grape while keeping the round, robust character of the whisky. It is bottled at 45% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
