Westward – American Single Malt

Westward American Single Malt is a single malt made and matured entirely in Oregon, in the north-west of the United States. It begins as an American pale ale brewed from locally malted barley. The beer is distilled twice in stills designed for the purpose, and the spirit is then aged in new American oak casks. The whisky is described as both spicy and sweet, with fruity apple alongside deeper notes of tobacco, dark chocolate and brown sugar.
