Westward American Single Malt Whiskey (45%)

Westward American Single Malt Whiskey comes from the Westward Distillery in Portland, Oregon. It is bottled at 45% ABV and matured in American oak. The distillery was founded in 2004 by master distiller Christian Krogstad and works on a grain-to-glass principle, in the main barley-growing region of the United States. The whiskey is made from malted barley alone. Westward is one of the founding members of the American Single Malt Whiskey Commission, set up in 2016 by 16 distilleries to give the category legal standards.
