Westward American Single Malt is made in Portland, Oregon, and bottled at 45% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is never chill filtered.
The whiskey is made from Pacific Northwest two-row barley, fermented with American ale yeast and double pot distilled. It is then matured in new American oak barrels.
The approach draws on both American whiskey and craft beer traditions.
