Westward – Cask Strength American Single Malt Whiskey (70cl, 62.5%)

Westward Cask Strength is an American single malt, bottled at 62.5% in a 70cl bottle. It is the cask strength version of the original Westward single malt, made from locally malted barley and a beer brewed in-house. The whiskey matured in newly charred American oak barrels in Oregon. The nose offers toasted almond, graham cracker and black pepper. The palate has sesame, tobacco leaf, rich cacao and oatmeal raisin cookies, and the finish brings honey and a deep, fiery malt character.
