Westward Pinot Noir Cask is an American single malt whiskey from Portland, Oregon, bottled at 45% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It begins as the distillery's original Westward American Single Malt, which is then finished for up to two years in French oak wine casks from producers in Oregon's Willamette Valley. The finish is a nod to the valley's wine country and its leading grape, Pinot Noir, while the whiskey's own bold, robust character still comes through.
