An American single malt from Westward Distillery, finished in a Pinot Noir cask. It is bottled at 45% abv in a 70cl bottle, without added colour.
The nose is fruity, sweet and creamy, with cream caramel and plums, and apricots and chocolate cream behind. On the palate come soft apple with caramel sauce and nutmeg, and slightly spicy ribwort plantain. The finish brings ripe dark fruit, pronounced raisin and sweet malt.
