Westward – Single Malt Pinot Noir Finish (70cl, 45%)

Westward Single Malt Pinot Noir Finish is an American single malt from Oregon, in a 70cl bottle at 45%. It is not chill-filtered and has no added colouring. The whisky matures first in new, lightly charred American oak. It then spends up to two years in French oak casks that previously held Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley winemakers, which adds red fruit, earthy spice and a touch of tannin. On the nose, orchard fruit meets tobacco and freshly cut grass. The palate offers raisins, figs and apricots, and the finish pairs pronounced malt with herbal oak and dark chocolate.
