This is a limited American single malt from Westward, made in Portland, Oregon, and bottled for the WTF Utrecht whisky festival. It is finished in stout casks from the local craft brewers.
The whisky was first tasted at cask strength and then deliberately reduced to 50%, giving a balance of (milk) chocolate, grain and fruit. It is made at a single distillery from 100% malted barley, with no corn in it. It is non-chill filtered and no colouring is added.
