Ripe tropical banana is paired with baking spice and vanilla undertones from American whiskey, aiming for the feel of a freshly baked banana loaf coming out of the oven.
The nose offers ripe banana, banana cream, then caramelised banana and baked sugar. On the palate come vanilla spice and oak, followed by baked bananas foster. The finish is smooth, with ripe caramelised banana and a touch of whiskey spice.
