WhistlePig 15 Year is a straight rye whiskey in a 750ml bottle, from WhistlePig Farm in Shoreham, Vermont. It is the first WhistlePig expression to use barrels made from Vermont Estate Oak, harvested on the farm itself.
The rye is aged for 15 years and finished in those estate oak barrels. The base whiskey is described as having deep spice, dried fruit and grain character, which the finishing builds on.
