Wild Turkey – 10 Years Master's Keep Voyage (75cl, 53%)

Master's Keep Voyage is a 10-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon from Wild Turkey, bottled at 53% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is the first Wild Turkey finished in rum casks. Master Distiller Eddie Russell made it with Dr Joy Spence, Master Blender of Appleton Estate Rum. She hand-picked Jamaican casks that had held 14-year-old pot still rum. These were filled at the distillery in Lawrenceburg with Russell's selection of 10-year-old bourbon, matured in Wild Turkey's No. 4 char (alligator) barrels. The nose brings tropical fruit, caramel and aged oak. The palate repeats tropical fruit, caramel and oak, with a good mouthfeel. The finish is long, with chocolate and spice.
