Wild Turkey – 101 Proof 8 Year Old (70cl, 50.5%)

Wild Turkey 101 Proof is an eight-year-old bourbon bottled at 50.5% ABV. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The Wild Turkey distillery in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, was built in 1935 by the Ripy Brothers and was then known as Boulevard. Austin Nichols bought it in 1972 and renamed it. That purchase included the contract of master distiller Jimmy Russell, who began working there in 1954. His son succeeded him in 2015, and a new distillery was built on the same site in 2011.
