Wild Turkey – 13 Year Old Distiller's Reserve (70cl, 45.5%)

Wild Turkey 13 Year Old Distiller's Reserve is a Kentucky bourbon aged for 13 years, in a 70cl bottle at 45.5%. It was barrelled at a lower proof and stored in warehouse B, a lower, cooler site that allows slower maturation. Wild Turkey is made at the Lawrenceburg distillery, built in 1935 by the Ripy Brothers and bought by the Austin Nicholls company in 1972. Master distiller Jimmy Russell started working there in 1954, and a new distillery was built on the same site in 2011.
