Wild Turkey – 17 Years Old Master's Keep (Bottled in Bond) (75cl, 50%)

This is a 17 year old Kentucky straight bourbon from the Wild Turkey Master's Keep series, released in 2020 in a box. It is bottled in bond at 50% ABV, which means 100 proof. The Bottled in Bond label requires the bourbon to come from a single distilling season at a single distillery, to age for at least four years in a bonded warehouse and to be bottled at 100 proof. The nose is mild and soft, with vanilla, dark cherries and toasted oak, alongside fresher green apple and citrus. The palate is well balanced, with sweet, delicate vanilla, honey and toffee. The finish is long and rounded, with dark mocha, spice and subtle hints of smoke.
