Wild Turkey – Forgiven (75cl, 45.5%)

Forgiven is a Wild Turkey whiskey that combines 78% six-year-old bourbon with 22% four-year-old rye. It is bottled at 45.5% in a 75cl bottle. The blend came about as the result of an accident at the distillery. Wild Turkey is made in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, on a site where a distillery was built in 1935 by the Ripy Brothers. Master distiller Jimmy Russell started work there in 1954, and a new distillery replaced the original plant in 2011.
