Wild Turkey Generations is a barrel-proof Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 120.8 proof in a 75cl bottle and non-chill filtered. The 2023 release celebrates three generations of the Russell family.
It blends bourbons of 9, 12, 14 and 15 years, assembled by Jimmy, Eddie and Bruce Russell. It is the first bottling to carry the signatures of all three on one label.
Expect honeyed vanilla, caramel and toasted oak on the nose, with dark caramel, vanilla, dried fruit and rye spice on the palate. The finish is long and warming.
Tasting Notes
