Wild Turkey Longbranch is a Kentucky bourbon made in collaboration with Matthew McConaughey. It is matured for a minimum of 8 years in American white oak and bottled at 43% ABV in a one-litre bottle, with no added colouring.
The bourbon is also filtered through Texas oak, a step that sets it apart from the standard Wild Turkey range.
Oak, vanilla and a faint smokiness show on the nose, followed by a full palate of caramel, dried herbs and a touch of citrus. The finish is long and warm, with peppery notes and light oak.
