Wild Turkey – Longbranch 8 Year Old (75cl)

Wild Turkey Longbranch is an 8-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon, made in collaboration between Wild Turkey Master Distiller Eddie Russell and the actor Matthew McConaughey. It is distilled at Wild Turkey in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, and sold in a 75cl bottle. What sets it apart is the refining. The bourbon is filtered through Texas mesquite and American oak charcoals, which adds a layer of light smoke and depth to its natural sweetness. The nose combines vanilla and spice with light smoke. On the palate it is smooth, with vanilla, spice and a gentle mesquite and oak smokiness, and the finish carries soft smoke for a long while.
