Wild Turkey – Longbranch 8 Years Small Batch Bourbon (70cl, 43%)

Wild Turkey Longbranch is an 8-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It was developed by Master Distiller Eddie Russell together with the actor Matthew McConaughey, who chose smoky aromas and notes of charcoal. The bourbon is filtered twice through charcoal, first oak and then mesquite, a plant from Texas. The nose is a balance of vanilla and spice. The palate shows caramel, pear and citrus. The finish is soft and faintly smoky, creamy, with notes of paprika and toasted oak.
