Wild Turkey – Longbranch (1L)

Wild Turkey Longbranch is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon made in small batches and matured for around eight years, in a 1 litre bottle. It came from a collaboration between Master Distiller Eddie Russell and the actor Matthew McConaughey. The whiskey is filtered through a mix of Texas mesquite wood and American oak charcoal, which adds depth to its flavour. The nose is creamy and sweet, with vanilla, caramel and toffee, plus nutmeg and a hint of oak. The palate opens creamy, with honey, orange and a touch of vanilla, and spicier layers come through with time in the glass.
