Wild Turkey – Master's Keep Unforgotten (75cl, 52.5%)

Wild Turkey Master's Keep Unforgotten is a Kentucky bourbon in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 52.5% ABV. It marries a 13 year old bourbon with a 9 year old rye. The idea came from an accidental blend of young rye and aged bourbon, released more than a decade ago as Wild Turkey Forgiven. Master Distiller Eddie Russell has revived that release with this stronger, longer aged blend of straight bourbon and rye whiskey. The nose offers tropical fruit, caramel and aged oak. The palate returns to tropical fruit, caramel and oak, with a good mouthfeel. The finish is long, with chocolate and spice.
