Wild Turkey – Rare Breed Barrel Proof (1L, 58.4%)

Wild Turkey Rare Breed Barrel Proof is a Kentucky-style bourbon from the United States, bottled at 58.4% ABV in a one-litre bottle. It is a barrel proof bourbon, so its strength can vary from batch to batch. The whisky is stored in especially heavily charred casks, which give it a pronounced character and an intense, smoky note. The palate opens with a mild, syrupy sweetness alongside light pepper and tartness, turning spicy and fiery. Orange and honey sit with leather and tobacco, and the layers close on vanilla, nuts, malt and meadow flowers.
