A single barrel Kentucky rye from Willett, pot-distilled, matured for over 7 years in a single new oak cask and bottled at 53.8% ABV. It comes from the Family Estate Reserve range, and cask number 3067 yielded 197 bottles.
The nose offers Scotch tablet, molasses and candied orange, followed by suede, cinnamon, toffee popcorn and marzipan. On the palate come orange liqueur, rye spice and firm oak, carried by a viscous texture.
