Willett – Family Estate Bottled Straight Rye Whiskey 4 Year Old (70cl, 56%)

A 4 year old straight rye whiskey from the Willett family's estate distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It is a small batch bottled at cask strength, 56% (112 proof). The whiskey is made at the estate distillery that reopened in 2012, where a column still, a doubler and a pot still are in use, and it is aged in hand-selected white oak barrels. Thompson Willett founded the distillery in 1936, and it has been run by the family of his son-in-law Even Kulsveen since 1984.
