A four-year-old small-batch rye whiskey from Willett, bottled at a cask strength of 56.4% in a 70cl bottle as part of its Family Reserve range. The whiskey was aged in specially selected casks.
The nose is tangy and fruity, with rich cherry, fresh pastries, cinnamon twists, sweet spice, toasted oak, toffee, pancakes and jam. The palate opens with rich fruit and toffee, tangy dark cherries, pink pepper and toasted vanilla, with some rye character and soft peach and spiced apricot.
