Willett Pot Still Reserve is a whisky from the Willett Distillery in Kentucky, distilled in pot stills and presented in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in American oak barrels and has a vivid amber colour. The nose is vanilla, honey and a trace of ripe fruit. The palate is rich, with caramel and sweet spice such as cinnamon, and a light toasted wood note carries into the finish.
