Willett Pot Still Reserve is a single barrel bourbon in a 70cl bottle. The Willett distillery was founded by Thompson Willett in 1936, and this bourbon carries that tradition on.
It is aged for no less than 8 to 10 years in new American white oak barrels, charred on the inside. Each bottle is numbered by hand and records the barrel it came from.
