Wolfburn – Batch 375 (70cl, 46%)

Wolfburn Batch 375 is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It is the distillery's third small-batch release, made for Australia in a run of fewer than 300 bottles. The spirit is unpeated and was matured for around four years in a mix of half-size first-fill bourbon barrels and second-fill Oloroso sherry hogsheads. The small barrels matured it quickly. It is described as rich and complex in flavour, with a sweet, aromatic nose and a lingering finish.
