Wolfburn – Northland Single Malt Scotch

Wolfburn Northland is a single malt Scotch matured in American oak quarter casks, and both matured and bottled on site. It marks the first chapter in the history of Wolfburn. Its smooth, warming flavours are put down to the unhurried way the spirit is made and to the quarter-cask maturation. The nose is sweet at first, with fruit and fresh sea air, then citrus, hints of cereal and a trace of peat smoke. On the palate, sweet, nutty tones lead, with grapes and honey behind, floral flavours and a little dried fruit and spice.
