Wolfburn Northland is a Highland single malt from Wolfburn Distillery, the northernmost distillery in Scotland. It is made with water from the Wolf Burn and locally sourced barley, distilled in copper pot stills, and bottled at 46% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The nose is usually described as barley, citrus and a touch of peat smoke. The palate has a gentle, balanced sweetness with vanilla, malt and hints of tropical fruit.
