Wolfburn 'Let It Snow' is the distillery's Christmas edition for 2022, a single malt Scotch from the Highlands bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. Wolfburn releases a limited festive bottling each year.
This release carries a little more peat than earlier ones, and it is the oldest of the festive bottlings so far at just over seven years old. It matured in a combination of first-fill Bourbon barrels and second-fill quarter-casks.
Peat smoke lies over Wolfburn's usual sweet, gentle flavours and adds depth.
