Wolfie's First Release is a blended Scotch whisky blended and bottled in Scotland by Loch Lomond Distillery. It is a blend of grain and malt whiskies aged in American oak Bourbon casks, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky takes its inspiration from Sir Rod Stewart, and in particular his favourite dessert, warm apple pie.
Expect warming cinnamon, fresh vanilla and baked apple, then sweet peat and pears in syrup. The finish brings candied citrus peels and a gentle oak spice.
