Woodford Reserve – Master's Collection Batch Proof Whiskey 59.75% (70cl, 59.8%)

Woodford Reserve Master's Collection Batch Proof is a limited-edition Kentucky bourbon in a 70cl bottle. Rather than being reduced to the usual Woodford Reserve strength, it is bottled at the natural proof of the finished batch: 119.5 proof, or 59.75% ABV. The batch brings together more than 100 barrels from different production dates, matured across several warehouses and warehouse floors. It uses the same grain bill and production process as Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon. The nose offers peanut butter toffee cookie, dried fruit and vanilla with cinnamon. On the palate come creamy sorghum butter, clove, nutmeg and charred oak, and the finish is long, with dry berry fruit and warming spice.
