Woodford Reserve Master's Collection Madeira Cask Finish is a limited-edition Kentucky bourbon, bottled at 45.2% in a 70cl bottle. Fully matured Woodford Reserve bourbon is finished in Madeira wine casks, which adds a layer of wine character to the bourbon.
The colour is deep amber with copper highlights. The nose offers caramel, vanilla and toasted oak with dried fig, raisin, orange peel and a little baking spice. The palate is full and rich, with brown sugar, honeyed corn, dark cherry, stewed fruit, cocoa and clove. The finish is long and warming, with sweet spice, dried fruit and gentle oak tannins.
