Woodford Reserve Masters Collection Sonoma Triple Finish is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon from the 2023 release, bottled at 45.2% in a 70cl bottle.
Master Distiller Elizabeth McCall finished the bourbon in three kinds of barrel: Sonoma County Pinot Noir, brandy, and former bourbon barrels that had been used to age red wine. Some of those wine barrels had first matured Woodford Reserve, so the whisky returns to casks it once filled.
It is described as rich and fruity, with vanilla and spice leading the character.
