Woodinville Straight Bourbon Whiskey, aged 9 years and bottled at 50% ABV, is the oldest age-statement bourbon from Woodinville Whiskey Co. It debuted at the distillery's 15th-anniversary Harvest Release in 2025, and each bottle is individually numbered.
The whiskey was distilled and barrelled in Washington State from a mash bill of 55% corn, 35% rye and 10% malted barley. It matured in heavily toasted, lightly charred barrels made with staves seasoned in the open air for 24 months.
The nose shows dark caramel, vanilla custard, toffee and nougat. The palate brings toffee, molasses, nutmeg, allspice and honey, and the finish is medium to long, with caramel, oak and baking spice.
