Woven Whisky Superblend Batch 1 (70cl, 46.1%)

Woven Superblend Batch 1 is a blended whisky that combines six Scottish malt and grain whiskies with five from England, Ireland, Germany and the USA. Components include a nine year old English single malt, an eleven year old George Dickel, a seven year old Indiana bourbon, a three year old St. Kilian single malt and a thirteen year old Irish whiskey. The blend was married in November 2022 and numbers 9,800 bottles. It is bottled at 46.1%, non-chill-filtered and without added colour, with only light smoke. The nose offers pear drops, sugared sour apple chews and dried mango, with cream pastry and vanilla. The palate is light, with tarte tatin, elderflower and gooseberry. The finish is of medium length, with apple and warming cinnamon.
