This is Yamazaki 12 Year Old in a 100th anniversary edition from Suntory, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is dry and fruity, with peach, pineapple, grapefruit, cloves, malt, honey and Japanese oak. The palate is mild, with coconut, cranberry, buttercream, vanilla cream and plum. The finish is long, with sweet warm wood, ginger and cinnamon.
