A single cask Yamazaki from Japan, distilled on 30 April 2003 and bottled in 2014 by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society after 11 years of maturation. It is bottled at 53.9% in a 70cl bottle, from an outturn of 538 bottles.
The whisky matured in a first fill bota corta cask. The Society bottled it as cask 119.14 and gave it the title Raspberry Imperial Stout, a name chosen to reflect the aroma and style of the whisky.
