Yamazaki – Distiller's Reserve

Yamazaki Distiller's Reserve is a Japanese whisky from the Yamazaki distillery in Shimamoto. Shinjiro Torii, the founder of Suntory, opened the distillery in 1923. The whisky is mild and fresh with fruit. Strawberry and Mizunara, Japanese oak, show on the nose, followed by raspberry and a touch of coconut on the palate, and a clear, sweet vanilla finish. It can be enjoyed neat or served as a highball.
