Yamazaki – Limited Edition 2021 (70cl, 43%)

Yamazaki Limited Edition 2021 is a Japanese blended malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43% ABV. It marks the return of the Limited Edition series, which Yamazaki resumed in 2021 with a new vintage release after the annual bottlings of 2014 to 2017. Maturation in Mizunara oak gives a creamy, aromatic whisky of amber colour, with a fruity character backed by a distinctive range of spices. The nose offers orange, pineapple and nutmeg. On the palate come blueberries, coconut cream and honey, and the finish brings vanilla, ginger and a hint of smoke.
