Yamazaki Sherry Cask 2012 is a Japanese whisky from the Yamazaki distillery, released in 2012. All of the whisky was aged in sherry casks, and it is the sherry that shapes the character of both the aroma and the palate.
Expect dried fruit, raisins and chocolate, with cinnamon and nutmeg. The finish is light and spicy.
