Yamazakura Asaka Sherry Wood Reserve is a Japanese blended malt from the Asaka Distillery, made by combining malt whiskies that were matured in sherry casks.
It was named World's Best Blended Malt at the 2022 World Whiskies Awards. In character it is fruity and woody, with peat smoke that builds as it goes.
