Yamazakura Pure Malt Whisky Brandy Cask Finish is a Japanese blended malt from Sasanokawa Shuzo, the owners of the Asaka distillery.
It was made without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. A finish in brandy casks added rich, oaky and dry notes to a spirit that is fruity and lightly floral.
This bottling was produced before Japan introduced its whisky labelling standards in February 2021.
