Yamazakura Japanese Fine Blended Whisky is a Japanese blend at 40% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. This is the Father's Day Edition. Sasanokawa Shuzo Co. chose the name to launch its distillery's premium whisky range. Yama is the Japanese word for mountain, standing for the strength and poise of the spirit, while Sakura refers to cherry trees and ties the fleeting beauty of the blossom to the quality of the whisky. The nose carries blossom, followed on the palate by oak, caramel and fresh orchard fruit.
